TV PRODUCTION CLUB

Our TV Production Club meets on Tuesdays after school in room 4-102. TV Club Members help plan our Lip Dubs, Premiere, social events and involvement in events like Homecoming.

POSITIONDUTIES STUDENT
PRESIDENT* Must maintain administrative procedures during meetings.
* Responsible for organization and delegation of responsibility.
* Prepare Club Meeting Agendas.
VICE PRESIDENT* Assist President with administrative duties.
* Recruit members.
* Coordinate with Committee Chairpersons weekly and update committee information on Club Meeting Agenda.
* Keeps attendance and minutes of meetings.

COMPETITION COORDINATOR* Coordinate our submissions for FSPA, STN, FAME, Palm Beach Student Showcase of Films, Suncoast Emmys & All-American High School Film Festival.  
* Follow each of the above organizations on social media and re-tweet/share with our students.
BROADCAST COORDINATOR* Coordinate at least one broadcast or Crazy 8’s challenge event each month.
* Share/Install graphics templates across the computers.
FILM COORDINATOR* Coordinate at least one Crazy 8’s Film Event each month.
* Share/Install graphics templates across the computers.
LIVE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR* Recruit Live Production Team.
* Schedule at least 2 live streaming events each month.
* Coordinate with Live Production Team and Mr. Wright to produce a quality broadcast.  This includes overseeing graphics and equipment for our Live Broadcasts.

  • Historian (Taking pictures/video of our events & sharing with Communications): Jordan Lewis
  • Social (Plan on-campus & off-campus activities for TV Club/Academy students): Savannah Mazzeo

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be an active member in good standing of the TV Production Club to attend FSPA or STN Competitions.
