6th & 7th Periods
Television Production I is a fundamental course in television production. After an overview of the television production process, the course continues with introductory material on camera systems and operations, sound for television, television graphics, linear & non-linear editing, lighting and staging. This is a hands-on, equipment-intensive course. Students will be responsible for producing and directing several short video projects in different production formats that include: Commercial, Public Service Announcement, Short Film, Movie Trailer and Music Video.

Welcome to the Seminole Ridge High School Television Production Academy! The first week of school, students will receive copies of their class syllabus (linked below) as well as several important forms that need to be signed by both students and their parents.
