Seminole Ridge TV had a great showing at the Florida Scholastic Press Association 2016 State Convention in Orlando, placing in 4 contests.  The FSPA Convention was held April 28-30th, 2016 and attracted more than 1,300 journalism students from across the state.

2nd Place TEAM BROADCAST: Anchored by Amber Pellicone & Nick Koenig but produced by all 19 WSRH students at the convention.

1st Place MAN ON THE STREET: Michael Loizzo, Rebecca Patterson, Alexis McGrory and Holly Reis.

3rd Place INDIVIDUAL NEWS ANCHOR: Nick Koenig

3rd Place BROADCAST REVIEW: Mariela Pina, Rhiannon Boffa & Amy Chung
